Hi,

I am trying to help my cousin trace her mother’s uncles who went to Canada from England. I have found one of them James Cook b 1887 on the 1916 census for Canada with his wife Florence and 4 children. It says that James, Florence and the eldest child Evelin went to Canada in 1912
I have been unable to find them on any passenger lists and hoping that someone more experienced than me at this can help.
I have also not found a marriage for James and Florence so it could be possible that she travelled under the surname Phibben also Evelin.
It is also possible that James brother Thomas b 1890 travelled with them

Hope that someone can help

Regards

Liz Maxwell
