Yes, the 1862 marriage in England I do already know about. But the census information looks very interesting. I'll follow that up.
Another kind Lister has found an 1854 passenger list record on Family Search that looks very promising and I'm following that up too.

The only thing that came up is clearly not he (at least the image is clear about Okell). Using only Quail oddly didn't bring up a single passenger manifest.
