I got this from Ancestry but using stevemorse.org (his search is MUCH
better than EIDB) you can search Ellis Island and view the manifest for
free (With registration). I don't see a wife as you described her. But this
describes Victor as living in Philly and a US citizen.

Name: Victor Klein
Arrival Date: 10 Oct 1892
Birth Date: abt 1864
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Port of Departure: Southampton, England
Port of Arrival: New York, New York
Ship Name: Furst Bismarck

Source Citation: Year: 1892; Arrival: New York, New York; Microfilm Serial:
M237; Microfilm Roll: 598; Line: 15.

For all that has been, thanks.
For all that will be, yes.
