Kathy

Found this one in the Parliamentary Papers "The finance accounts I.
VIII. of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, for the year
1837, ended fifth January 1838." 1837-1838 (240)

Captain Brandreth, R.E., stated to be the Balance due to the Public on
his Accounts of the Convict Ships "Heber" and "Calcutta." the amount
was 77 pounds 13 shillings and 2pence.

In "1837-38 (669) Report from the Select Committee on Transportation;
together with the minutes od evidence, appendix, and index."

Herber sailed March 1837, 443 tons, at the expense of 3,311 pounds 18
shillings and 8pence.

Regards..
