[TSL] Ships engineer.

I have two problems, the first problem being my great-grandfather Edmund Woolley Hart who was a ships engineer on a packet steamer out of Pembroke Dock in the 1860's. Edmund married in the year before he went missing. Stories were that the was an explosion on board. Trouble is I can't find any trace of his demise . My second problem is I can't seem to find information on the steam packets. John Hart (edmunds father) was the chief clerk at the packet office in Pembroke Dock.

What information is there on the hms Cormarent? My great great great uncle was on board for the 1881.

Thank you for you help. Regards Jan
