I would suggest your best alternatives are as follows:

1)  Check the Limerick Library (research section), and see if they have 
copies of the relative newspapers, or, alternatively, copies of ships 
leaving Limerick port, during the time frame you are interested in. This 
approach was quite successful for me, for my ancestors leaving other Irish 
ports.

2)  Contact the Limerick, or relevant county, genealogical society, and 
determine if they have a copy  of a list for emigrant ships, leaving 
Limerick Port, during the relevant period.  Alternatively join the relevant 
Limerick area Rootsweb, genealogical mailing list, and ask if any member has 
a List of the relevant ships.
