[TSL] - about 1900 from White Russia/Poland ?

Can anyone please help in locating the records for Ludwig TRAUNTNER.
Known facts are that Ludwig was born in 1886 in Russian controlled Poland.
He had an elder brother born about 1880.
Both were shipped - unaccompanied- to Canada. Vessel unknown, actual date
unknown but around 1900, port of entry unknown.They were put on a farm
possibly in the Winnipeg area?. After a few years the elder brother ran off
to the US.
Ludwig remained in Canada for some more years then he to went to the US and
joined the merchant service and shipped out of Pittsburg.
He never saw or heard from his brother after Canada but it is known that
relatives are living in the US.
We, Ludwig Trauntner's farmily are attempting to trace back his origins,
and of course try to locate any family of his brother.
Would anyone have access to Immigration records or archives to assit in this
search.
The name of the ship and the ports of embarkation in Europe and disembark
in Canada would be wonderful to get.
