I have finally found the authentic passenger list for my grandfather and
grandmother who came from Havana to Key West on Steamer, Cuba, Line: P & O on
July 11, 1922, Group 23, List 17. The next question is how do I find out how
they got to Cuba from Roumania? What ship? and when? The name on the
passenger list is: Zelig Kalnitzky, citizen of Roumania (at that time). I also
have a copy of his Declaration of Intentions for Citizenship which states his
birthplace is Bucharest, Roumania, which may not be factually correct. Any
