Hi Marg,

It's not exactly a town. It's a Native American Tribe in northern Maine,
mostly along the border with New Brunswick.

P.S. If anyone has ever watched the funny, Disney movie, "Pete's
Dragon," the people live in the fictional town of Passamaquoddy in Maine.
